If a few days have passed since you emailed me but you seem to
have not heard from me, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
Although I *never* send spam, my emails to you might end up there
or completely rejected by your email provider behind your back,
due to overly aggressive spam filters or malpractice on their
part.  Ironically, some of these providers are major sources of
outbound spam themselves - looking at you, Google - a fact they
seem totally okay with, while they go about punishing legitimate,
smaller servers.  As such, if you're expecting an email from me
but after a while you still don't see it in your inbox or spam
folders, if possible please try emailing me using a different
email provider in hopes that my reply might reach you there.
